Office 2007 for Windows -- Rollout Timeline
		November 9, 2007
	Faculty and Staff Members	Students
Fall 2007		► Installed on Class of 2011 Dell student laptops► Install on volunteer ITAP student machines for beta testing
	► Install on Library & Information Services staff machines for beta testing
	► Develop instructional materials & workshops for faculty & staff members
Winter Term 2008	► Begin offering demonstration sessions & testing stations for persons to explore & test using Office 2007 before upgrading their current Office 2003 installation	► Develop instructional materials & installation guides for students
	► Begin distribution to individuals & departments, per request. Upgrading is voluntary. Contact David Diedriech for information & scheduling your individual or department upgrade
Spring 2008	► Demonstrations, training & upgrade installations will continue on faculty & staff computers	►Office 2007 on CDROM available for sophomore, junior & senior students who have program Dell laptops. Watch for details
Summer 2008	► Office 2007 will become default version installed on all new / upgraded faculty & staff computers
Fall 2008		► Installed on class of 2012 Dell student laptops
	► Installed as default version in Windows labs and technology classrooms
