Black and White:
Single-sided: 5 cents per page
Double-sided (duplex): 4 cents per page
Color (on prints/copies made after December 31**):
Single-sided: 30 cents per page
Double-sided (duplex): 28 cents per page
**During the first few weeks while everyone was getting familiar with the new print/copy process, color prints/copies were charged the same as black & white. Starting on January 1, the color costs were adjusted to the prices listed here.
We have not applied any departmental charges yet, but plan to process the November through January charges in the next week or so. After that, departmental charges will be applied to your accounts monthly, similarly to the way they were with the Savin system.
Remember to reinstall your print drivers to fix printing PDF files in black & white
To prevent being charged for a color print job you intended to print in black and white, install the latest version of the printer driver. Drivers installed after 2/5/2011 are current and do not need to be reinstalled.
To remove your print driver and install the latest version, follow the instructions for installing network printers at the Printer/Copier Site.
