How will I know when my phone will be installed?
After the consultation meeting with your department liaison to confirm the basic configurations of phones in each area, James Ketterer will send you an email letting you know the specifics about the installation of your phone including the date of installation.

Are you going to be installing any phones this week?
Our Network Services Staff will be installing phones in Olin and East College this week, and the specific individuals who will have their phones installed should have received an email from Jim on May 1st.
